Amazing food! Fried mozzarella and cod with a spatial flavor, an absolutely delicious carbonara. My friends had: Bolognese lasagna, artichoke lasagna, supplì, fried zucchini flowers, oxtail and tripe. The wine is also good. Only the dessert was not up to par with the rest of the meal (still good), even though it was felt that it was rigorously handmade. Very kind and professional staff. We will absolutely be back!

Characteristic restaurant in the historic center of Tivoli. Excellent typical cuisine and abundant and well-kept dishes. Punctual and perfect service... very kind and very helpful waiters... I would like to point out the sympathy and care of the waiter Dario and the kind delicacy of the young waiter Alessandro... but really all the staff are very good and attentive. Excellent cleanliness and excellent prices... I really recommend it to everyone.

We had lunch in this restaurant located under the Castle of Tivoli with a group heading to Rome. We ate the fish and we were very happy, everything was excellent and perfect from the appetizer to the coffee. Abundant portions, attentive and kind staff, wonderful owners Severino and Anna. We returned to this restaurant after 3 years and it is still excellent. Quick lunch, only the first course and dessert but both memorable. The gnocchetti (homemade) crunchy speck pecorino and radicchio are excellent as well as the sweet panna cotta with peanut crumble and toffee sauce. Discreet friendly and knowledgeable staff. We have to come back to taste the main courses as well.
