The Chef Gabriele Piselli

We present our Chef: Gabriele Piselli, class 1994.

For a year he has directed the kitchen of the Taverna della Rocca, the Incannucciata restaurant.
After studying at the hotel school in Fiuggi, he continued and enriched his experience in the field of catering, working in various European restaurants, thus gaining an excellent capacity and personality in the kitchen.

In fact, in his preparations, he is able to best express his personality and creative ability. The beauty of its dishes reflects the skills made over the years, which, combined with the use of refined ingredients, make its way of cooking revolutionary.

The dishes of the chef Piselli are also characterized by refined cooking techniques and brilliant combinations of flavors that together create an excellent balance, transmitting unique emotions as if they were master paintings.
He gives space exclusively to high quality ingredients and carefully selected local products, enhancing them and promoting them through the right mix of flavors, colors and textures.
